Qualtrics is a powerful online survey tool that provides sophisticated data analysis, complex questions, multi-part/branching, simple workflow, complicated distribution, integrated reporting or even the very simple surveys and forms. Qualtrics is also an excellent solution when you need an electronic signature, an approval process or basic workflow. Notre Dame has centrally funded an enterprise license for all faculty, staff, and students so that you do not have to pay individually or through your department to use Qualtrics.
